Our event has a strict no-refund policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refund requests.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we empathize with any challenges you may be facing. However, we have committed resources and made preparations based on confirmed attendance, making it challenging for us to accommodate refund requests.

Note: Any active military unable to attend due to military duty may receive a full refund upon providing official documentation.
